THE FASTEST GROWING
REFUGEE CRISIS IN THE WORLD

Since 2016, we have been responding to the water crisis in poverty stricken and war-torn countries. The provision of clean water is at a critical moment for the Rohingya refugees at COX Bazaar, the people in Yemen and Gaza. According to WHO, they estimate that half of the world’s population will be living in water-stressed areas by 2025. Currently, we are working closely with our partners to ensure that they can receive a yearly water supply. This will allow them proper sanitation practices, domestic use and most importantly, drinking water.

Water Supplied

our IMPLEMENTATION

The water is supplied from mobile water trucks which then goes around each house twice a year. In Yemen, our partner determines the wells that are under the 'UNICEF WASH Cluster', monitoring where water is chlorinated. Water that is pumped to tankers is abided by the guidelines of WASH Cluster. These wells are then selected to be the source of water for beneficiaries. Whereas in Gaza and Rohingya, clean water is then supplied into black water tankers.

Each day, 5000 litres of clean water are supplied to 1000 people. Your donation of $2000 helps to supply 150,000 litres in a month! That means you are helping 30,000 people in total!

Bring water to families in rural areas by sponsoring $2000 monthly or donate as low as $500. This way you can secure clean water for them each year.

With your donations, we can continue providing clean water for thousands of families.
