Drinking dirty, diseased water is one of the most common causes of death in the developing world - and one of the most preventable.
When a community gets water, women and children get their lives back. They start businesses, improve their homes and take charge of their own futures. It also means that they don’t have to walk for miles to collect – often dirty – water. The average distance that women and children walk to collect water in Africa and Asia is 3.7 miles, carrying around 20 litres of water.
Clean water changes everything. Your contributions will make a huge impact in rural Cambodia and give you the abundant rewards of sadaqah jariyah in return.
This is how you can save lives.
COMMUNITY WATER WELL
We aim to build Community Water Wells which are equipped with 6 taps, a generous washing area, a water tank and an electrical pump to easily draw the water from the ground.
Each well can be shared between 5 families - which means almost 30-40 people will benefit from each community water well.
What You Will Get
When you make a full waqf donation, here is what you will receive:
With each Community Water Well costing $950 to build, you can also show your support by donating $50 or $100 as partial donations.

Impact of Your Donations
The construction of Community Water Wells drastically improved the lives of Mr Yakob and his neighbours. With clean water, he is earning a better living through the crops he sells.
