“And when My slaves ask you (O Muhammad s.a.w.) concerning Me, then (answer them), I am indeed near (to them by My Knowledge). I respond to the invocations of the supplicant when he calls on Me.” – (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:186)
In the midst of dealing with everything that life throws at us, we often forget the best place to turn to with our worries and grievances is our own Creator. As Allah S.W.T. has mentioned above, He is the one who will always be there for us, if we only make the time to ask.
That’s why dua is such an important part of a Muslim’s life. Our loved ones might be able to help in some ways, but it is Allah S.W.T. who can solve all our problems.
Let’s build the habit of turning to Allah S.W.T first, and always make dua to Him to help us. In shaa Allah, with His guidance, our struggles will become lighter.
