1. Social Media Manager

Job Requirements

  • Excellent copywriting skills (long + short form)
  • Able to conceptualise and create content 
  • Able to design graphics and edit videos
  • Experienced with managing multiple social media platforms
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
  • Positive work attitude, meticulous and able to work under pressure
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing a social media page
  • Must be bilingual in both English & Malay
  • Able to start immediately

Responsibilities

  • Able to consistently create social media content for campaigns and appeals
  • Assist campaign team to plan and strategise content calendar 
  • Able to speak in front of the camera for LIVE segments
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

2. ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Job Requirements

  • Relevant work experience Entry level are welcome!
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks and Zero Accounting software preferred
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Positive work attitude, meticulous and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Assist to maintain day to day operations of the accounts department
  • Assist to handle full set of accounts in a timely manner
  • Assist in bank reconciliation for month-end account closing
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

3. PART-TIME ADMIN ASSISTANT

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Customer Service skills
  • Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Malay
  • Knowledge in handling cash
  • Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts
  • Oriented toward serving others and helping customers


Job scope:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Maintain a professional appearance and work area
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Receive, sort, and route mails from the letterboxes
  • Handling of cash sales
  • Present and promote and sell existing projects both locally and overseas
  • Elevate complaints to management

4. VIDEOGRAPHER/ VIDEO EDITOR

Role Requirements:

- Diploma holder with min. 2 years of experience
- Demonstrate work experience with excellent results in video production & editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom
- Ability to manage the video production process, including pre & post-production
- Strong written & spoken communication skills in English & Malay, including
scriptwriting
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a plus

- Conceptualise, plan, shoot & edit video content ranging from humanitarian stories, reports, and promotional videos
- Push our creative boundaries while delivering with quality
- Manage all media hosting and storage, including our YouTube channel assets
